Real old-school hotel. Table Mountain is virtually outside my bedroom window. It's right THERE!! Amazing.

Great to see everyone from Team NG. Irie Nancy, The Mighty I and Ganga Wailer all present and correct and in good spirits.

Had a trip to Boulder Beach yesterday to see some penguins. Funny little fellas. Not my bag, you understand. It's all about the kids, see?

City lost again yesterday. Utter shite. I feel for the manager. Think he'll go in the summer. Hope not. But I think he will.

Not much else to report. I'm off to get some rays before tonight's gig. It's the last one before a 2 week break. Thank god.
